Helmac develops and markets HBS, a business management platform. The specific terms of product use are governed by the subscription contract and the end-user license agreement (EULA) delivered with each installation.

3. Intellectual property

The website, its content, brands, logos, designs and the HBS software are the exclusive property of Helmac or its licensors. Copying, redistribution or use without written authorization is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

It is not permitted to use the site or services for illegal activities, attempt to breach security, perform massive automated scraping, or distribute malicious content.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability. Helmac is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site.

Liability for use of the HBS product is governed by the applicable EULA.

6. Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party services (e.g. GitHub). Helmac does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
